We’ve enjoyed our 3 weeks here in Sierra Vista, AZ. Tomorrow morning we start our journey across the south on I-10 towards Florida. We love the birding opportunities there and we want to visit friends and family on the east coast.
Our first stop will be to see our friends Margo and Davey in TX.
Second stop is Clerbrook in Clermont, FL.
After a couple of months in FL we are heading up the coast visiting friends and family along the way. We’ll be in NH for the annual family reunion in July! I missed it last year so I am super excited about being there this year.

Merry Christmas to both of you. We met in Riverside Park in Douglas Wy last May. We’re snowed in here in Hudson Ontario Canada with 15 inches of fresh snow in the last 2 days. The lakes are frozen enough that vehicles are driving on them now and we’ll be ice fishing soon. Kellie started packing our snowshoe trails today while I was busy snowblowing our 150′ driveway. Christmas lights are up and the tree decorated. It was dark at 4:20 pm today but that will begin a slow change after tomorrow. Coldest temp was a few nights ago at -32C or about -26F. There will still be a number of months of this weather and we have in the past reached -40C which is the same as -40F. Enjoy your travels and visits with friends and family.
