OMG! Nope- just nope!!
We are at a beautiful 72* and sunny for the foreseeable future, 60 overnight.
We have just finished renovating our last duplex— almost finished, just little stuff to do—
Then my son moves into the house up the road July 1 and it is renovated but not quite finished. We sold it to him and his partner and are so excited to have that happening.
We need to get back south for a rest!! Then again I just got an offer to start/run a project for the province …. Thinking about it!

Glad to hear things are going really well! Sure hope we can catch up somewhere ! Going to the coast and getting out of this heat geez it is horrible. Stay well XO
